A significant shareholder in Ires Reit has issued an open letter to other shareholders to express “concerns” about the company, which is Ireland’s biggest landlord.
Vision Capital, which owns a 5 per cent stake in Ires Reit, said it is “evident that fundamental change is necessary” and it will vote against the election of certain directors at the upcoming AGM.
