A long-running legal challenge over 1,400 homes on the South Circular Road in Dublin has been withdrawn.

The Business Post understands the move has come after a deal was struck between local residents and Hines, the developer behind a high-profile project to build 1,400 homes on the former Player Wills and Bailey Gibson sites in Dublin 8.
