Lisney targets ESG investors in sale of €7.5 million forestry plots
Plots are scattered around the country, with three of them in Wicklow
Lisney, the property advisory company, has put 11 Irish forestry plots up for sale, marketing them towards environmental, social and governance (ESG) aligned investors.
The portfolio is worth €7.5 million and could be sold either as a package, totalling more than 1,000 acres, or individually in parcels of between 27 and 241 acres.
The plots are each valued at between €235,000 and €1.15 million, with trees at various stages of maturity on each.
