KPMG accountants take court case to recoup part of €1.5 billion investors lost after collapse of controversial German property group

The liquidators of a company linked to Dolphin Trust have launched legal proceedings against the family of a former executive who died two years ago.

Shane McCarthy and Ian Barrett of KPMG filed High Court proceedings against Laura and Lesley Dunne, the joint representatives of the estate of Paul Dunne, a former director of multiple Dolphin Trust-linked companies.
