The developers behind a proposed co-living development in the Liberties area of Dublin have ditched their plans for the scheme, and now want to build a hotel on the site.

Mm Capital and SCIO Capital, two investment funds based in Ireland and London respectively, have asked Dublin City Council for permission to amend their approved plans for the complex.
