Lawyers for Russian-state owned leasing firms which are seeking to enter examinership have asked the High Court for permission to cease representing their clients after claiming the relationship has “broken down catastrophically”.

Mr Justice Conor Dignam rose to consider a coming off record application moved by lawyers for GTLK Europe Captial DAC and GTLK Europe DAC, which are registered in Ireland, after being told “the damage has been done”.
