Lawyer warns against ‘vilifying’ patients who bring cancer screening cases against HSE

A leading medical negligence lawyer has claimed the HSE’s narrative around court cases will “vilify” patients and said that recent comments by judges about expert witnesses are based on a “complete myth”.
