Kerry Group announces €150m deal to acquire Danish enzymes business

The taste and nutrition giant said the acquisition is subject to approval by the European Commission and will add €40m to its topline revenues

Kerry Group, the Irish taste and nutrition giant, has announced a €150 million agreement to buy a lactase enzyme business from two Danish companies as part of a carve-out deal.
