Kerry Group agrees €107.5m deal to acquire cheese business from Kraft Heinz

Kerry Group, the taste and nutrition giant, has agreed a deal of more than €100 million to acquire a powdered cheese business in the US.

The Irish multinational announced on Tuesday it had reached a deal with Kraft Heinz, the US consumer foods conglomerate formed after the merger of Heinz and Kraft Foods in 2015, to buy its business to business (B2B) powdered cheese business for $107.5 million (€107.5 million).
