The owners of The Shelbourne have agreed a deal worth around €230 million to sell the hotel, the Business Post understands.

Kennedy Wilson, the US investment fund, on Thursday confirmed it had entered into an agreement to sell the 265-bedroom hotel, with the deal expected to close by the end of March - news first reported on businesspost.ie.
