Kai Dai, one of Ireland’s biggest cash-for-visa brokers, has been accused of loaning money to investors in the Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) knowing that it was a violation of the terms of the scheme.
An affadavit filed by an investor as part of a High Court case alleged that Kai knowingly loaned the money in order to later threaten any disgruntled investors with the loss of their visas.
