Judge amends O’Connor judgment in Davy 16 case

Tony O’Connor was incorrectly named as being present at meetings in a Dublin hotel where alleged fraudulent misrepresentation took place

Tony O’Connor, one of the so-called Davy 16, has successfully applied to amend a recent judgment after a court heard he was “quite exercised” that it incorrectly listed him attending a series of 2015 meetings.

The judgment, which was issued by Mr Justice Michael Twomey earlier this month, named O’Connor as being in attendance at meetings in the Merrion Hotel in Dublin where alleged “fraudulent misrepresentation” occurred.
