Johnny Ronan must pay vacant property levy on Dublin 4 lands

Johnny Ronan has lost an appeal against a six-figure vacant property levy issued over Dublin 4 lands linked to the developer.

In 2021, Dublin City Council sought a levy worth €315,000 from Ronan Group over undeveloped lands it owns on the corner of Appian Way and Upper Leeson Street.

Last year, RGRE J and R Appian Limited, a firm linked to Ronan Group, appealed the decision to An Bord Pleanála.
