John Lyttle’s Boohoo demands removal of Revolution Beauty board

Boohoo, in a statement to the stock exchange this morning, said it wished to ‘record the serious concerns it has regarding the conduct of the board’

Boohoo, the fast-fashion company run by Irishman John Lyttle, has demanded “without further delay” a meeting to remove the board of Revolution Beauty, a company in which it has a 26 per cent stake.

Lyttle’s company has been attempting to clear out the board of Revolution Beauty in recent weeks, stock exchange filings show.
