Chartered Land has been given the green light to use six floors intended for offices at the residential scheme to build 40 additional apartments

Chartered Land, the development firm owned by Joe O’Reilly, has been given the green light to scrap six floors of office space at its Parkgate Street development to build an additional 40 apartments on the site.
