Joe Cosgrave’s widow alleges refusal to register her as shareholder is ‘perverse and irrational’

The widow of developer Joe Cosgrave has taken High Court proceedings against her late husband’s brothers over an alleged refusal to register her as a shareholder of two companies.

Denise Cosgrave has alleged that Michael and William Cosgrave were “opportunistically” using her husband’s death to “take control” of the Cosgrave group of construction and development companies.
