Isme, the Irish Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Association, is calling for a broad range of tax reforms in Budget 2024 which it says would “ease the tax burden on workers earning around the average industrial wage” while raising an extra €1.1 million in USC and Prsi contributions for the Exchequer.
