Irish tech firm Integrity360 acquires Swedish company in plan to boost revenues to €110m

Integrity360, an Irish IT security business, has continued the recent run of acquisitions by Irish IT businesses with its purchase of Netsecure, a Stockholm-based tech company.

Integrity360, which is based in Dublin, expects its revenues to grow to €110 million this year following the acquisition following the purchase.

In 2022, Integrity360 had revenues of €85 million while Netsecure is expected to have total sales of €10 million this year.
