Irish Sun editor moves to Sunday Times to lead Irish edition
Kieran McDaid will take over as editor from Nóirín Hegarty, who announced her departure in September
Kieran McDaid has been announced as the new Ireland editor of The Sunday Times.
He joins the newspaper from after serving as editor of the Irish Sun for over seven years.
He will work alongside Sunday Times editor Ben Taylor and Times editor Tony Gallagher in his new role.
