Irish mushroom coffee start-up OYL gets boost in funding from Revolut-backer

Venrex, a venture capital firm that was an early investor in Revolut and Just Eat, has returned to back OYL, a Dublin-based specialist coffee company.

Established by entrepreneur James McCormack, who previously founded the Dublin Barista School, which has trained over 50,000 baristas, OYL is intending to raise over €700,000 in investment with the majority of funding expected to come via a crowdfunding campaign to be held shortly on the Seedrs platform.
