Ireland’s data watchdog sent “salty” letters to other EU regulators and resisted cooperating with them over its policing of Big Tech, Norway’s privacy agency has claimed.

The Norwegian authority said there is an “entrenched” feeling of negativity about the Data Protection Commission (DPC) among European regulators, and a perception that it has been “soft” on major US companies when enforcing the EU’s privacy laws.
