Irish consumer sentiment falters in March with consumers still feeling the pinch

Irish consumer sentiment has fallen slightly for the second month in a row, amid increases in living costs and delays to rate cuts.

According to the credit union consumer sentiment index for March, sustained inflation and the uncertain overall economic picture has weighed on thinking on household finances and spending plans.
