Irish biopharma firm Carrick raises $19.5m from backers
The company was founded by Elaine Sullivan, who recently made Forbes’ prestigious ‘50 Over 50’ list of women entrepreneurs in EMEA
Carrick Therapeutics, a biopharma company founded by Elaine Sullivan, has raised $19.5 million (€18 million) in a Series C funding round.
The financing was led by long-term investors, including Arch Venture Fund, Rosetta Capital, GV, Evotec and Lightspeed Ventures.
Carrick raised $7 million from the issue of convertible term notes late last year, and said at that point it expected to close the Series C round before the end of 2021. The company was founded ...
