Round Hill Capital, a London-based fund that planned to invest €1 billion into Ireland’s housing market, is expected to appoint a liquidator to its Irish entity next week.

The move by the British fund, which was involved in a controversial deal to bulk buy 115 homes in a Maynooth housing estate in 2021, has cast doubt over the firm’s future investment plans in Ireland.
