Irish Adobe unit to pay $6.2bn in dividends to US parent

Holding company paid $3bn in dividends last year and says it intends to pay another $3.2bn in 2023

An Irish-headquartered holding arm of Adobe, the global software giant, paid $3 billion (€2.8 billion) in dividends to its US-based parent company, and has committed to paying another $3.2 billion in 2023.

Adobe Software Trading Company Limited, which has no employees and does not trade, disclosed the dividends in accounts recently filed with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
