Ires Reit is asking shareholders to sign off on a revamped bonus scheme at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) after investors voted down the 2023 proposal.

At the 2023 AGM, just 36.1 per cent of shareholders voted in favour of the company’s remuneration report.

Ires said it had consulted with the dissenting shareholders and there was not a “single overarching theme” that led to the revolt.
