Ires Reit confirms EGM voting glitch has been resolved
Listed property firm said shareholder votes that were cancelled in the fault have now been resubmitted
Ires Reit, the state’s largest landlord, has informed investors that a glitch that resulted in the cancellation of numerous shareholder votes ahead of Friday’s crucial EGM has been resolved.
The firm said that all cancelled votes issued via Broadridge, a key platform being used in the upcoming crunch meeting, have now been resubmitted.
