Ireland’s biggest vape retailer has claimed that government proposals to ban the sale of disposable e-cigarettes would breach EU laws.
Hale Vaping, which employs 250 people and owns shops around the country, has cited legal advice that says banning the sale of disposable vapes would infringe on EU laws that prohibit restrictions on imported goods that can be purchased from other member states.
