Rental income increases 4.1% at Ires Reit

Ireland biggest private landlord said H1 increase was driven by the acquisition of Ashbrook apartments, organic rental growth and improved occupancy

Ires Reit, Ireland’s biggest private landlord, has reported net rental income of €32.6 million for the first six months of this year, up 4.1 per cent on the corresponding period last year.

The company said the increase was driven by the acquisition of Ashbrook apartments, organic rental growth and improved occupancy.

Ires also experienced increased revenue growth of 6.7 per cent to €42.1 million for the period, according to interim results.
