One of the leading members of the IMF’s bailout team to Ireland in 2010 has said the country has a “parasitic tax policy” in relation to corporate profits.

Ashoka Mody, who was one the lead IMF officials during Ireland’s €85bn programme has hit out at the manner in which large corporations channel their profits through Ireland.
