Investor PHP planning to build two health facilities worth €50m in 2024

Chief executive warned the developments hinge on the HSE re-tendering the projects to take into account cost increases

Primary Health Properties (PHP), a London-based investor in primary healthcare facilities, is in advanced stages of discussions to deploy €50 million to build two properties in Ireland.

Harry Hyman, chief executive, said the firm hopes to complete the projects in 2024. However, he warned negotiations hinge on the HSE re-tendering the projects with increased rents to take into account inflation.
