Tánaiste Micheál Martin has insisted that there is no “pre-conceived outcome” to the new forum on Irish military neutrality.

The forum on international security policy comes at a time when other previously neutral European countries such as Sweden and Finland are joining Nato following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
