Ifac continues M&A spree with acquisition of Tipperary-based O’Sullivan Malone Accountants

Irish Farm Accounts Co-op, the farming and agribusiness accountancy firm simply known as Ifac, has acquired O’Sullivan Malone Accountants, a Tipperary-based accountancy firm, for an undisclosed sum.

The deal is the second significant acquisition announced by Ifac in the last six months following its takeover of Friel Stafford, the Dublin-based firm that specialises in corporate recovery, forensic accounting, and corporate finance.
