Ibec has called on the government to introduce an employer PRSI rebate for businesses most impacted by recent legislative changes following the publication of a report into business costs in Ireland.

The report, which assessed the cumulative impact of improved working conditions, found that small hospitality businesses in Ireland could see costs rise by up to 19 per cent over the next two years ahead of forthcoming increases to the living wage.
