Housing inflation continues to slow, but prices still rising above boom-era peak

Residential property prices rose by 6 per cent in the year to January, as property price inflation continues to slow.

New figures from the Central Statistics Office show house prices across Ireland rose by 6.1 per cent in the year to January 2023, down from a peak of more than 15 per cent in March 2022.
