Dublin’s housing shortage and cost of living issues are posing significant issues for companies in the capital when it comes to attracting staff, a new survey has found.

New research by Dublin Chamber, the representative group, has found that 85 per cent of business respondents believe the dearth of affordable housing is the biggest challenge facing the capital.
