House builder Glenveagh makes ‘significant’ progress in ‘improving planning environment’

The group has been granted permissions for approximately 3,400 units so far this year

Listed builder Glenveagh Properties said it has made “significant” progress in “an improving planning environment” this year.

In a statement ahead of its annual general meeting on Thursday, Glenveagh said its confidence was increasing on the delivery of housing units next year and beyond.

To date this year the group has been granted permissions for approximately 3,400 units across fifteen applications, some 2,000 of which are currently in post-grant appeal periods, the company said.
