Horseware Ireland records double-digit growth for 2021

Horseware Ireland, the Dundalk-based equestrian accessories company, recorded double-digit growth in profits and sales for its 2021 financial year, newly filed accounts show.

The company, which specialises in products like rugs, covers, blankets and other accessories for horses, is majority controlled by Lonsdale Capital Partners. The London-based private equity group paid just over €47 million to acquire a 70 per cent stake in the company in early 2021.
