House price inflation has accelerated in recent months, CSO says

Home prices rose by 2.3 per cent in the year to the end of October, with the growth driven by increases outside of Dublin, new data from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) has shown.

In Dublin, house prices decreased by 0.6 per cent in the 12-month period, with residential prices up 4.5 per cent in the rest of the country.
