Home prices 6 per cent above peak of 2007 boom, CSO finds

Home prices nationwide are 5.9 per cent above their highest level at the peak of the boom in April 2007, as property inflation picked up pace in November.

New figures from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) show that residential property prices rose 2.9 per cent in the year to November 2023 - up from 2.2 per cent in the year ending October.
