Ireland’s hotel industry has now fully recovered to pre-pandemic levels, while investor returns on Irish hotels have increased to around 5 per cent, according to a new analysis by Savills.

The property agency said the hotel sector had demonstrated resilience this year as performance levels returned to pre-pandemic levels in 2023 despite multiple headwinds such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine and double-digit inflation.
