Harris Group dips its toe into electric car market with Chinese import

Group plans to expand into passenger sector, having imported commercial vehicles from China for a number of years

The Harris Group is planning to start selling and distributing a fully electric car for the passenger market in Ireland before the end of the year.

The Dublin-based vehicle importer and distributor is planning on importing the Maxus Mifa 9, a seven-seater people carrier made in China, which will have a driving range of up to 400km.
