Deliveroo, the London-headquartered food delivery company, saw its losses more than double in the first half of 2022 as order growth slowed sharply in recent months due to the worsening economic situation.
The company, which competes with Just Eat Takeaway and Uber Eats, said market conditions had “softened” as the economic outlook continues to worsen in its key markets, including Britain and Ireland.
