Half of neurodivergent workers have not disclosed condition to employer

Just under half of neurodivergent people have not disclosed their condition in work, new figures have shown.

A new national Red C poll has found that of those who identified as being neurodivergent and are working, 48 per cent have not informed their employer of their condition.

A similar number (45 per cent) reported feeling that their workplace is not inclusive.
