Government to ‘fix’ land hoarding tax to remove threat to farmers - Taoiseach

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has confirmed that the government is going to “fix” the new land hoarding tax so that it does not threaten the livelihoods of active farmers.

The residential zoned land tax of 3 per cent per year is designed to release up to 25,000 acres of zoned housing land which has not been built on.
