Google’s landlords have sought to block the redevelopment of a central Dublin office block on Clanwilliam Place, with the building owner arguing that the new block would jeopardise the tech giant’s privacy.
Hibernia Real Estate Group, the property firm, has filed plans to demolish a row of office buildings along Clanwilliam Place in Dublin 2 and construct a new eight-storey commercial development.
