Forty six new homes in a Dublin housing estate, which were advertised on the open market for individual purchasers, are now up for rent at €3,175 per month following the bulk sale of the properties.
The homes are being advertised for rent by Occu, a private rental sector firm and subsidiary of SW3 Capital, a London-based real estate investment manager that has been investing in Irish commercial real estate since 2012.
