Fraudster’s lawyers use Britain’s default on NI protocol to appeal against extradition

Lawyers for convicted fraudster Farah Damji have argued she should not be extradited to Britain because of its violation of international agreements such as the Northern Ireland protocol.

Damji was due to be extradited from Ireland last week to serve the remainder of a five-year sentence in England for harassment and stalking offences.
