Former Web Summit chief Paddy Cosgrave’s ‘disappearing messages’ raised as concern in court

A High Court judge has said she is “surprised and disappointed” that a preliminary process in lawsuits brought by the Web Summit co-founders has not resolved.

Ms Justice Eileen Roberts also said she was “concerned” about an issue regarding the use of disappearing messages by Paddy Cosgrave, Web Summit’s former chief executive, and a number of Web Summit employees.
