Ex-head of Irish industrial giant increases stake to €13.5 million
Sean O’Driscoll, the former boss of Irish industrial giant Glen Dimplex, has boosted his share in Malin Corporation, the Irish life sciences company.
The company notified the stock exchange this week that O’Driscoll upped his stake from 4.2 per cent to 5.3 per cent.
Based on Malin’s current share price of around €7.50, it likely cost O’Driscoll a little over €2.5 million, and leaves him with a stake worth around €13.5 million.
